A KNOCKOUT SUCCESS

The latest event to go down in LNO was a hit. Those who participated got to take part in a basic boxing lesson led by a wonderful member of our community. It is important to feel safe both online and in real life, so the purpose was to teach our members some easy self defense practices. We got to learn some punches and blocks while getting our pulse up. Another important aspect is to have a healthy relationship with training when you are a gamer just like us. It is important for getting better at games but also for improving your health. So there was no reason not to join. Those who joined got to not only have fun, but to have a little sweat and learn some valuable boxing skills. Maybe this will be continued in the future and more want to join our upcoming events.
